The Borno State Guidance and Counselling Board was established by His Excellency, Prof. Babagana Umara Zulum MNI, FNSE, the Executive Governor of Borno State.
The Board is responsible for facilitating recruitments, scholarships, educational admissions, skills acquisition, and entrepreneurship opportunities for indigenes of the state.
Our goal is to provide guidance, support, and access to opportunities that enable citizens to achieve their educational and professional aspirations while contributing to the development of Borno State.
